At Delilah’s Sweet Glow Creations, we want you to love your candles. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging
Refunds
Once we review your request, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund to your original payment method
Refunds will be processed once the request has been approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used candles
- Opened products
- Items returned after the 7-day window
Order Issues
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
